Salt therapy is a natural remedy that involves inhaling pharmaceutical-grade dry salt in a comfortable, controlled environment. As you sit back and relax we will use our halogenerator to disperse tiny micronized salt particles into the room for your treatment.
Halotherapy is a dry salt therapy that utilizes a halogenerator to grind and crush salt into micronized particles that are dispersed into the SALT Booth® via a dry salt aerosol that works to aid respiratory concerns and skin conditions. If there is no halogenerator, there is no halotherapy.
Depending on the size of the salt room or salt cave and the number of people, sessions can last anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes.
Loose, comfortable, light-colored clothing that you can relax in works best. If you are using Dry Salt Therapy for a skin condition, you’ll want to have that area exposed.
Based on your condition and symptoms, this can vary. For best results, the Salt Therapy Association recommends a series of treatments. Some individuals prefer to use Dry Salt Therapy as a continuous preventative measure. Consult with your local Halotherapist for an individualized treatment plan.
There are no potentially harmful side effects of Dry Salt Therapy. The treatment is completely natural. A slight cough or a runny nose is possible, but this is simply the salt working to remove mucus and toxins from the lungs and airways.
Our massage chairs are not the like the ones you would see at a mall or airport. Our chairs give a full relaxation experience from the time you sit down until you put your shoes back on and you are in control of for the duration of your massage. Imagine, as you lie back and relax, listening to ocean waves or your choice and calm serenity sounds, you are receiving a deep tissue massage in a heated chair. Your arms and legs are lightly massaged while your feet rest on a warm feet warmer, all while the massage chair rollers are massaging your back, shoulders, and neck! It's an incredible experience!
